2nd Annual Nanaimo Pride

Once again NDDLC took part in Nanaimo Pride Society’s Annual Pride Parade. We hosted the wonderful children’s area – complete with a talented face painter, fun bouncy castle, goodie bags, freebies and a multi-winner raffle – from 1-4:30pm.

This Parade was a HUGE success and brought in nearly 10,000 attendees and participants!

Thank you to all our members who volunteered their time and energy to support this amazing event. Thank you to VP Lauren Semple from the Nanaimo Pride Society who organized this amazing Parade and related festivities.

Nanaimo Duncan & District Labour Council is so excited to take part in this growing Nanaimo tradition.
